This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys handling accounting functions. This position focuses on accounting support duties in expenses, billing and account receivable. Full set accounting is not required.
Report to the Finance Manager directly.
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle client billing enquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
Arranging cheque collection and deposit to the bank as required.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper accounts receivable records.
Prepare cheques for expenses payments.
Assist in audit and tax matters by preparing supporting documents.
Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting support, accounts receivable, or billing-related roles.
Hands-on experience in invoicing, billing enquiries, and payment follow-up is preferred.
Familiar with basic accounting principles and billing processes.
Familiar in using Quickbook and Microsoft Office applications.
Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications would be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, well-organised, attention to details and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English; additional language skills are a plus.
