theOrigo’s Client Success Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 offers ambitious graduates an 18-month journey into the business side of tech. You will have an opportunity to rotate between our Project Management and Client Support teams, gaining first-hand exposure to projects and clients. Through real-world experience, mentorship, and structured training, you will learn to manage projects, support clients, and build trusted relationships. This programme is designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and perspective to kickstart a successful career in digital project management and client support.
As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
Experience Rotation: Gain first-hand experience in both the Project Management and Client Support teams to give you a full view of how projects are delivered and supported.
Learn Project Lifecycles: Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring digital solutions from kick-start to project completion.
Solve Real Problems: Help clients in resolving issues, capturing enhancement needs, and ensuring their journey with us is smooth and successful.
Understand Client Needs: Learn to empathize with clients, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with UI/UX designers, developers, and business leads to drive alignment and deliver successful project outcomes.
We're seeking self-motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and growing:
Educational Background: Bachelor or Master in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related disciplines, graduated in 2026 with a strong academic background.
Essential Criteria: Strong communication skills with an analytical mind. Attention to detail. Curious about the tech industry and client-focused work.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese & English, both spoken and written.
Work Authorization: Eligible to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship (e.g., HKID holder or valid work visa).
Preferred Skills: While not required, experience and knowledge in project coordination or customer support, exposure to digital solutions will give you an edge in our selection process.
