As a UI/UX Designer in the graduate programme, you will:
Unleash Your Creativity: Design visually stunning and forward-thinking user experiences for diverse digital platforms.
Design the Future: Conduct user research, develop information architecture, create wireframes, layouts, and interaction designs for a variety of digital solutions.
Visualize Your Ideas: Present research findings, conceptual ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually.
Create with Consistency: Build Design System, including the principles, reusable components and style guide.
Stay Ahead: Expose to the latest UX design trends, tools, and best & emerging practices.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the project, front-end development team and other stakeholders for implementation.
Educational Background: Bachelor or Master in Design or related disciplines, graduated in 2026 with a strong academic background.
Expertise: Recently graduated design talent with a strong background in user interface and user experience..
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese & English, both spoken and written.
Work Authorization: Eligible to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship (e.g., HKID holder or valid work visa).
Preferred Skills: While not required, experience in User Research Techniques, Usability Testing and applying Design Thinking in projects will give you an edge in our selection process. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is also a plus.
